Processing Times 

The time needed to create and process an order for shipping varies per product. Every item is hand-made and made-to-order for each specific order. For any questions or inquiries, please message us.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. MageCraft Miniatures is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns 

To cancel an order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing the order. 

Magecraft Miniatures does not accept returns or exchanges. However, please reach out to us if there is a problem with your order within 24 hours of delivery. 

Shipping Damages

If your model is broken or damaged in transit, we can help repair it as a courtesy and we will help cover all/part of the shipping, depending on cost (Domestic, within the US only), but you MUST let us know your model arrived broken within 30 days. After 30 days, the client is responsible for shipping charges to MageCraft headquarters and back to their own address, as well as be subject to a repair fee (amount depending on severity of damage).
